Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product must have all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
Please note, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

Customized or personalized products.

Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Products returned without proper packaging or missing tags.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us via the Contact page on our website or email us at connect@jjbgc.in with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Our team will verify your request and share the return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days from the date we receive your returned item. The refund will be made to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

First, check with your bank or payment provider.

If the issue persists, contact us at connect@jjbgc.in with your refund confirmation.
Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, after verification.
Important Notes

Shipping fees, Bank charges, COD charges, and payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds cannot be issued to a different account or method than the one used for payment.
